Zoning Hearing Board
The Bensalem Township Zoning Hearing Board was established in 1956 with the adoption of the Township’s first zoning ordinance. It was created to help ensure fair and equitable application and administration of the zoning ordinance. The board can hear various appeals and can grant relief from the literal enforcement of the ordinance. It must however, follow the procedures prescribed by the zoning ordinance and the Municipalities Planning Code.
